ĐIỀU KIỆN THI CÔNG

Chuẩn bị bề mặt: Trước khi sơn Sơn lót kháng kiềm nội thất Lotvicnano, bề mặt tường có thể được bả lớp bột bả (bột trét) có thể không (tùy từng phong tục thi công từng vùng miền) nhưng buộc phải được vệ sinh sạch sẽ; không bám bụi bẩn; không bám dầu mỡ, muối, kiềm, axit; không bị rêu, mốc. Bề mặt tường không được quá khô (dưới 11%) hoặc quá ẩm (trên 16%) tương đương với bề mặt tường sau trát (tô) từ 21 đến 28 ngày trong điều kiện thời tiết bình thường (không bị nồm, mưa ẩm). Nếu là bề mặt tường có bả lớp bột bả (bột trét) phải xả nhám và chỉ sơn lớp sơn lót đầu tiên khi bề mặt tường đó đã được bả lần cuối cách tối thiểu 12h trong điều kiện thời tiết bình thường (không bị nồm, mưa ẩm).

Quy trình thi công: Trước khi lăn sơn phải khuấy đều thùng sơn 05 phút để sơn dẻo và tăng độ thẩm thấu của sơn, các thành phần của sơn được trộn đều tốt hơn. Trước khi khuấy đều, không được chia thùng (lon) sơn ra làm hai phần dẫn đến hai phần sơn khác nhau về chất lượng. Số lớp sơn lót tối thiểu là 02 lớp. Thời gian cách giữa các lớp sơn từ 3h đến 5h trong điều kiện thời tiết bình thường (không bị nồm, mưa ẩm). Đối với lớp lót 01 pha thêm từ 5% đến 10% nước sạch; nếu tường quá khô, không khí quá khô hoặc nóng, tường bị hút nước nhanh thì tỷ lệ pha thêm nước sạch có thể lên tới 15%. Đối với lớp lót 2 có thể pha thêm nước sạch hoặc không pha thêm. Màng sơn không lăn quá dày hoặc quá mỏng. Lăn lô thật kỹ sao cho màng sơn dàn đều. Không thi công sơn trong điều kiện thời tiết ẩm ướt (trời nồm, trời mưa…), nhiệt độ thời tiết trên 36 độ C hoặc dưới 12 độ C. Không sử dụng Sơn lót kháng kiềm nội thất làm sơn lót cho các loại sơn: Bóng ngọc trai, Siêu bóng nội thất và các loại sơn ngoại thất khác.

If it is a wall surface with putty (putty powder), it must be sanded and only applied the first primer when the wall surface has been last put at least 12 hours in normal weather conditions (no humidity, no wet rain)

Application process: Before applying a paint roller, the paint bucket must be stirred for 5 minutes to make the paint flexible and increase the permeability of the paint, and the paint components that are better mixed. Before stirring well, do not divide the paint bucket (can) into two parts, which will lead to two parts of paint with different quality and color. Layers of paint in minimum is 02. The time between layers of paint is from 3 to 5 hours in normal weather conditions (no humidity, no wet rain). For the layer of primer 01, add from 5% to 10% clean water; in case the wall is too dry, the air is too dry or hot, the wall is absorbed quickly from water, the ratio of adding clean water can be up to 15%. For the layer of primer 02, it can be added clean water or not. The paint film is not too thick or too thin. Roll thoroughly so that the paint film is evenly spread. Do not apply paint in wet weather conditions (humidity, rainy weather, etc.), and in a weather temperature that is over 36 degrees Celsius or below 12 degrees Celsius. Do not use the alkaline interior primer paint as primer for the paints such as pearl gloss, super gloss interior and other exterior paints.
